The ‘Flower of my Land’ coffee beans are grown and harvested from the Tolima region of Columbia. It was created in partnership between the Federacion National de Cafeteros de Columbia and local growers as a sustainable and socially responsible project. The level of quality control is higher than traditional coffee processors and especial attention is paid to hand selection and cup profile. This coffee bean brews a sweet and light coffee with floral tones in its aroma that carries touches of lemon and chocolate. In the cup, it feels syrupy to the mouth with a low acidity, sweet like butterscotch, caramel, honey and orange with a rich, sweet finish.
